1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of veritysolar.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

Last updated: [10/09/2026].

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to buy from us. We sell to customers with a delivery address in the United States.

You must give accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may refuse service, close accounts or cancel orders at our discretion, for example where we suspect fraud or misuse.

3. Products, descriptions and pricing

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but manufacturers may change specifications, models or packaging without notice. Images are for illustration and may not match the product exactly. Always check the manufacturer’s datasheet for the exact specifications you need.

All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. If we find a pricing or description error after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Stock levels shown on the Site, including by warehouse, are a guide only. Availability is confirmed when we accept your order.

4. Orders, payment and sales tax

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation or ship the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud, a pricing error or lack of stock. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Payment is taken when you place your order using the payment methods offered at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.

We collect sales tax where the law requires it, based on the delivery address. .

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship to US addresses from our network of distribution warehouses. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout from the delivery location and the weight and dimensions of your order.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. An order may ship in more than one package, or from more than one warehouse.

Please check the delivery address carefully. If a carrier cannot deliver because of an incorrect address, we may charge for redelivery or return shipping.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the goods. Inspect every delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s receipt, and tell us within 3 business days with photos. Solar panels and other freight items may be refused at the door if they are visibly damaged.

6. Returns, cancellations and refunds

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel for free only if it has not shipped.

You may ask to return an unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can give you a return authorization. Returns without one may be refused.

  • You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not as ordered.
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns that are not our error.
  • We do not accept returns of items that have been installed, used or wired up, or that were special-ordered for you.
  • We refund to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the goods.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Manufacturer warranty

Most products we sell carry the manufacturer’s own warranty. We are not the manufacturer, and the warranty terms, length and claim process are set by the manufacturer. Keep your invoice as proof of purchase. If you need to make a claim, contact us and we will help you with the manufacturer where we can.

Except for any warranty the manufacturer gives you, and to the extent the law allows, we sell products without any additional warranty. We do not guarantee that a product suits your particular purpose. Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties, so this may not apply to you.

8. Safety, installation and electrical compliance

Solar panels, inverters and batteries involve high voltages and stored energy. Mishandling them can cause serious injury, fire or death.

  • Have a licensed, qualified electrician or solar installer install and connect the equipment, following the National Electrical Code, local building codes, utility interconnection rules and any permits required.
  • You are responsible for checking that the products you buy are compatible with each other and with your system, location and local rules.
  • Product information on the Site is general and is not engineering, electrical or legal advice. We do not design or install systems unless we agree in writing.
  • We do not promise any level of energy production, savings or return on investment. Results depend on your site, weather and installation.

9. Using the Site and intellectual property

You agree to use the Site lawfully. You must not scrape it, interfere with its operation, try to access it without permission, or use it to send spam or harmful code.

The Site’s text, images, logos and design belong to us or our licensors. Manufacturer names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to identify their products. You may not copy or reuse our content without written permission.

If you send us a message, review or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it to run and improve the Site, and you confirm it does not break anyone’s rights. We may remove content at our discretion. The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for.

10. Disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost savings or lost energy production, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and some states do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

You agree to cover losses and costs we incur because of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or the improper installation or use of products you buy from us.

11. Governing law, changes and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Verity Solar’s operating company is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in that State, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on the Site with a new “last updated” date. Using the Site after that date means you accept the changes. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
